Services
Boiler Replacement
Upgrade your heating system with energy-efficient boiler installations. We supply and fit Worcester-Bosch, Vaillant, and Baxi-Potterton models while complying with Part L building regulations. Our engineers conduct property-specific assessments to recommend optimal solutions, including central heating filters to protect new boilers from system debris.
Powerflushing
Professional powerflushing removes sludge buildup from central heating systems. This process improves efficiency, eliminates cold spots, and prevents boiler failure by removing 3-7kg of debris. We use industry-best practices to restore circulation and extend system longevity while maintaining safety standards.
Gas Safety Certificates
Comprehensive gas safety inspections for landlords. Our Gas Safe engineers perform flue flow tests, spillage checks, and carbon monoxide detection to ensure compliance. We provide official Landlord Gas Safety Records following annual inspections of all gas appliances in rental properties.
Drain Unblocking
Effective drain cleaning solutions for blocked waste pipes. Our specialists handle sink, bath, shower, and urinal unblocking using professional equipment. We address both residential and commercial drainage issues across Croydon and surrounding areas.
Boiler Servicing
Preventative boiler servicing to maintain efficiency and safety. Our engineers conduct comprehensive checks including combustion analysis and component inspections. Regular servicing prolongs boiler lifespan and ensures compliance with safety regulations while maintaining warranty validity.

Alan has always been great with repairs and maintenance of some fairly old boiler and shower setups. Suggests plenty to help keep things running smoothly to avoid more frequent callouts. We'll be moving out the area soon and it'll be a shame to lose a reliable plumber!

Mr Jones was efficient, courteous, punctilious and tidy. He did the work to a very high standard, accessed the attic himself and found where to turn off the water as I didn't know. (It was in a very inaccessible place). The pricing was very reasonable. An excellent service!
