A great little guest house in the centre of Brighton. The only downside was the small size of the ensuite shower meant I kept knocking the controls and sending it freezing or boiling.

My room was mysteriously unlocked every time I went to it despite locking it with a key every time I left Iver a 4 night period. Bizarre. Did not feel safe

Fabulous stay! Incredibly friendly and attentive staff, great selection of rooms, clean, modern, very comfortable and full of character. Perfect location for The Lanes and city centre with a wonderful cafe attached, serving generous breakfasts amongst a wider menu. An absolute gem and will be staying here again for sure.
