When there is a Death
Report
As your Funeral Director, we are here to advise you in making all those arrangements which meet your personal needs and desires. Please remember that we are here to help you cope and adjust to your bereavement. If death occurs at home, a doctor should be contacted as soon as possible. Then, once the doctor has given authorisation, we will take the deceased person into our care.
Your Funeral Director
Report
The experience of our Funeral Director's sympathetic ear is all the more valuable because we are dealing with the practicalities of the funeral. He will list to you the bereaved, as you decide what sort of funeral you want. As a matter of course, we are kept up to date with any changes that may occur in Social Security regulations relating to funeral grants and payments.
Planning Ahead
Report
That's a bit of traditional advice still taken seriously, particularly among elderly people. It is not just a matter of consideration, of not wanting the financial burden of your funeral to fall on relatives and friends left behind. It's a matter of pride, too. Traditionally, people bought inexpensive life insurance policies to meet the cost.
