I have found Rhodes and Partners very easy to deal with and I am grateful to them for their support in helping me to manage a relatively complicated problem. The engineer had really useful experinece and was willing to flex his approach and find new ways of working when circumstanes changed. Avoid. I would stay away from this firm. I used them for a structural appraisal for peace of mind and their professional insight into a localized uneven flooring level on an old weavers cottage. They let me down by not spotting a failing lintel on both external and internal walls directly below the area with the flooring issue. They could have offered to use the indemnity insurance policy to set things right but didn't and even refused to refund the cost of their services which was not worth the paper it was written on.
