Byron from Avid came to fix a small problem several years ago and we were so happy with the service we made sure we found them again when our boiler started making a lot of noise this winter. Byron sent a courtesy message a few minutes before he arrived. He discussed the possible reasons for the problem, have the costs for the options, then got the job done with no problems at all. One day later everything seems to have worked fine, but it's very good to know they will do a follow up call next week to make sure. Very highly recommend this company.

The engineer who came to service our boiler could not have been more professional or polite. Helped to diagnose our problem and we will be booking them in to resolve it while recommending Avid Heating to all our neighbours who have just moved into the area. Great service, cannot recommend enough!
