Services
CNC Turning & Milling
Our CNC turning and milling services produce complex components with tight tolerances using 3, 4, and 5-axis technology. We handle ferrous, non-ferrous, and exotic materials for prototype and batch production. Our Fanuc-controlled systems ensure consistent quality across diverse engineering applications.
Manual Turning
Manual turning services complement our CNC capabilities for specialized projects requiring operator expertise. Our skilled engineers achieve precise results for one-off components and small batches. This technique remains vital for rapid turnaround prototypes and unique machining challenges.
Assembly Services
In-house assembly services combine machined and fabricated parts into complete systems. Our experienced team follows technical drawings with strict quality checks throughout the process. We handle multi-component projects of varying complexity for industrial applications.
Component Manufacturing
We manufacture precision components from 8mm to 405mm using advanced machining techniques. Our capabilities include complex geometries with tight tolerances for critical engineering applications. Both standard and custom materials are supported across production volumes.
Prototype Production
Prototype production services support new product development with rapid turnaround times. We combine manual and CNC machining to validate designs before full-scale production. This approach reduces development costs while maintaining dimensional accuracy.

I have been using LSR for the past 35 years, first when Lou and Colin had the workshop next to his house and then when they built their new workshop in orchard bank . The service and quality of work has always been first class and they were always willing to pull out all the stops day and night for Emergency repair work to keep the production at Strathmore Mineral water running.
