Really unprofessional my home is in a worst state than when they took the claim on. After sending them 3 emails they said I was bombarding them with emails so since I've been scared to make any correspondence. My claim was not handled properly and they have been very unsupportive. Recently sent an email to them and they sent a threatening one back to me making it clear they were not supporting me as I expected.
