Booked an appointment to have my nails done online 2 weeks in advance and had multiple emails confirming my appointment. On the day of my appointment I had a phone call to say my appointment had been double booked and could I come the following morning. I don't live locally and work full time, hence why I booked the appointment in advance so this was very disappointing. If you can't reconcile two systems alongside each other for a small business, my suggestion would be not to use the online system and just have a phone number on your website to call.

Been here twice now, staff are so friendly and remembered my name and spoke to me as if i was a old customer. Great place definitely recommend
