The staff show care and respect to my mum who had dementia.
Unfortunately, dad joined her there and our long term experience has not been one that we would recommend.

I would definitely recommend Carisbrooke to all. It was the best decision we made taking dad there. He regained his ability to choose where he wanted to be; inside or outside, with others in a choice of 3 lounges or the privacy of his own room. The care and dignity he was given was beyond our previous experiences. The warm welcoming , friendly and fun atmosphere to dad, his family and visitors never waned. When his health diminished there was full support by medical professionals with full consultation to both dad and the family. A very professional and homely place. Thank you to all staff.
