Kubix Media helped us to re-brand, create a whole new website, and build an innovative shopping experience for our customers. They did a fantastic job, and the end product has been praised by everyone who has seen it. Jess, our account manager, was helpful and responsive at all hours of the working day. She guided us through the whole build, answered all of our (many) questions, and communicated our (many) change requests to the development team. Kubix Media, can be summarised as Professional, Patient and very understanding. As an SME, we experienced the typical changes to our schedule due to business pressures on a small management team. We engaged the team back in Early 2020, had to delay our migration from our Magento Platform, and Kubix team stayed with us throughout. When we did fully re-engage, the advice and guidance we received was clear and concise. Our migration morphed into a rather complex back end. Involving multiple App installation, testing, uninstalling, and re-installing new Apps.
