Jo and the team have been my fantastic accountants for 4 years now, offering timely and responsive help, advice and support when ever I've needed it as a self employed freelance designer. Right from the get go and setting up stages through to 4 sets of tax returns to date, Jo has been absolutely brilliant at helping with all aspects, and her knowledge of the system is second to none. Last year in May (2018), I did a week of work experience at this accountancy firm. I have to say that I was put at ease by the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the people working there. They were all very patient with me in helping me to get to grips with the work and also very polite and helpful when it came to dealing with clients. Not only that, but the work was carried out in an efficient, accurate and swift manner so that everything could be done quickly but thoroughly. DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM - This firm is truly stuck in the dark ages. They make basic elementary mistakes in my view. Annoyingly they fail to respond in a timely manner and even close for hours at times. I received snide and rude emails that make me feel stupid...so glad Ive just cut ties and found new accountants. SHOCKING!!!
