😢 was told my vouchers were no longer valid so lost money even though the vouchers I had been given had no expiry date on them. Won't be returning.

Unreliable. My daughter booked a massage months in advance as that was the waiting time. She messaged Dawn the day before to confirm and received a 'thumbs up' emoji response. She booked a day off work for this. She travelled 40 mins to get there only to be turned away as she hadn't been booked in at all ....... so no I would not recommend.

In the calm and relaxed atmosphere of The Retreat , Dawn has worked wonders with my nagging lower back pain through her appropriate massage. Through her friendly and knowledgeable advice I am now able to manage my back confidently and I now look forward to my regular booking. My only regret is that I did not seek her help sooner. Thank you Dawn .

I love this place and Dawn the owner! I go every 4 - 6 weeks for a massage which is never the same and is adapted to what I need. The surroundings and ambiance is beautiful and relaxing. The products Dawn uses are lovely. It truly is a little "Retreat" in Oadby x

Relocating to Leicester, I struggled to find a beauticians where I felt both relaxed and looked after, as well as feeling like I was receiving great value treatments. The Retreat is divine! I come away rejuvanated and glowing from my facials and they have really helped me tackle my problem areas. The additional massages and shot of the juice of the day at the end just finishes it off perfectly. Very professional and highly luxurious - would defiitely recommend a visit!

The Retreat, Oadby is such a lovely relaxing oasis, playing calming music softly in the background and it always smells divine Dawn who runs it is lovely and treats you like a friend rather than just another customer and always makes you feel welcome. I have had facials, various massages and I regularly have my nails done here. All treatments are professionally carried out and never rushed so I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrived.
