Recently renovated and extended our kitchen. The floor was very rough, and uneven. The fitters did an amazing job getting the floor level and in great shape. The finished floor is amazing and greatly exceeded my expectations.

Carpet and stairs were great. Not so great experience with the Amtico floor and customer service. Some issues with orders in that enough vinyl flooring was not ordered and carpet was incorrectly ordered such that patterns did not line up. This did cause some delays but was offered some discount on a new order. Post installation after a year had some issues with staples pushing up causing cracks/marks in the flooring. Those were replaced promptly. Worth pointing out we did have an issue with a slight "curve" in the middle of the room, and that fix was not made due to significant rework required
