DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Really rude staff, overpriced nails they're willing to charge 37 for builder gel nails. I made a perfectly honest mistake of not realising the business was taken over from woodland beauty. I left a voicemail to the company but it turns out it was a wrong number, and I had to come home for a family emergency. Due to them not getting my voicemail, they charged me the full amount for 37.00 because I had to go home to Belfast due to a family emergency. The woman was rude enough to actually whisper to her colleague on the phone 'I'm just going to tell her the system can' t refund
