After being a customer almost 10 years I have had a couple of issues with them recently and the customer service responses were awful. Hence we have now left. A shame as the sites were great but shocking approach to helping their longstanding customers. Zero loyalty I'm sad to say.

In my opinion, they need to improve their customer service skills. I have sent a blog to be updated on my website and it has not been completed professionally. They have made several errors and after many attempts to try and resolve these issues with them, they continue to ignore my requests. Mike has time to write emails but doesn't want to… spend 5 minutes to resolve the issues. I am paying for a service every month and I have only made a few requests in 1 year and every time there have been issues. I am still waiting for this to be resolved to a professional standard. Very disappointing

Very happy with my logo and website redesign. Despite me having put it off for so long, the process was speedy and enjoyable and I'm really pleased with the end result. The HealthHosts team are great - I have been with them for over 10 years and they always get back to me quickly if I need assistance. They keep up to date with the various tech advancements (which I have no idea about) which has meant that the back end of my site has always been updated without me having to worry about it.
