What a fantastic place to hold a wedding. From start to finish we could not fault the service we received. Gemma was amazing and made a stressful time so easy. Food, service, delivery all faultless. Thank you so much all of you, you made our wedding absolutely perfect .

Beautiful interior with fire, oak panelling and medieval features. Service was a bit slow as they had a wedding on, so to be expected and the staff were friendly and polite etc.
Sadly they failed the cola test, it was weak and watery :-(

The food we had during our stay was very good. I also thought the value was good. We booked a superior room and knew we would have a little bit of space and luxury. We were guests at a wedding at the hotel. The superior bedroom was booked several months ago. I became concerned when a fellow guest told me the hotel wanted full payment and there were no refunds I decided to call the hotel. I was informed we didn't have the room we had booked and in fact were given the smallest bedroom and no larger bed. I was also told that there was no refund despite a refund on cancellation was advertised with

We attended our friends Wedding at the venue, the day was beautiful. We stayed in one of the rooms and found it very novel to have a swing in the room. All of the food and accommodation was very nice. It's a lovely place to just drop in for a meal and an excellent wedding venue.
