What are the check-in and check-out times?

Self-check-in available from 3:00pm to 11:30pm. Check-out by 10:30am. Late check-out incurs a £25 fee.

Are pets allowed in the accommodations?

We operate a strict no-pet policy except for designated pet-friendly units. A deep cleaning charge applies for non-compliance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards for deposits and final payments. Full payment is required seven days before arrival.

Do you offer group discounts?

For bookings across multiple properties, we offer flexible pricing options. Contact us directly for tailored group packages.

What's included in the welcome pack?

Can I cancel my booking?

Deposits are fully refundable with seven days' notice. Cancellations within seven days incur full charges unless we can re-let the property.

Stayed at The Ullswater View for a short break, Saturday to Monday. Used as a base to visit Glenridding, Pooley Bridge, Keswick, Ambleside, Penrith. Our room was the Blea Super King En-suite - the room felt quite dark with the dark wood and the decor was a bit dated (or perhaps just not to my taste) but looking past that, the bed was very comfortable and everywhere was spotless. We've been let down by other places throughout COVID with their cleanliness but were very pleased here. The bathroom is quite big and the shower is excellent, good pressure. After flushing the toilet you can hear the cistern

The place is decent. By the lake but not exactly with the view. Great location in between pookey bridge and Glenridding.. Breakfast is also decent. Rooms are small but decent for two people.

We stayed here in July can highly recommend this guest house. Julie & her staff made us feel very welcome, the breakfast are so lovely and a great choice too. The decor is superb throughout, spacious rooms & bathroom. All in a fantastic location with views of Ullswster Lake. Will definitely go back.
