The Gatehouse Care Home is a privately family owned home that provides residential care for the elderly. We are located in Barton-on-Sea, on the edge of the New Forest, close to the sea and the town of New Milton. The proprietors, Mr & Mrs Breckon, have owned the home for over 27 years and are joined by their daughter Louise Fowle in running the residence, which is managed by Mrs Hayley King.
Formerly a private residence of character and spaciously planned standing in an acre of well-stocked gardens in Becton Lane, five minutes walk from the sea front. Just ten minutes walk away is the local post office and shops while we are also on a bus route to New Milton Town centre. We would suggest a vist to the Gatehouse which will give you a clearer picture of our facilities that we are able to offer.
