Having traded with Terry case for many years I can vouch that good , honest service without sales pressure is still there . My latest visit & purchase early this week was no exception . A lovely , friendly lady helped us to select a suitable replacement carpet , & paperwork was given to confirm all details of supply & fit .
Bruce , the fitter arrived spot on time , produced a first class end product & was happy to follow anti Covid guidelines without question .
Thankyou all , your mothers would be proud of you !

Carpet and vinyl bought justover twoyears stair carpet re fitted as was loosing large chunks of pile,
vinyl lifting ,carpet looks like it's been down for years. The fitter said they were always pushed for time so quantity before quality. Follow up to your reply, my mistake the name was under Stevens. When we first called you out the chap said the carpet was ok, not wanting to argue we withheld further payment awaiting lounge carpet. You then came back and replaced stair carpet. Even now the pile comes out filling up the hoover.
2 adult household only.
