Terrible. We agreed a time for them to come round to clean the pond and replace the failing pump. They failed to turn up. Even worse, they didn't respond to my calls, texts or email. It's now nearly 2 weeks later and I haven't had the basic courtesy of any response from them at all - completely inexcusable. I wasn't able to find anyone else who could do the work before I went away. I'm now on holiday and have been told by my neighbour that the pond pump has stopped working. I have no idea if the fish will survive till I get back and feel sick with worry. I can't express how upset I am with this

Even the fish were dancing!!! A brilliant job carried out by Sam and his team. In the 13 years we have had the pond, we have never seen the goldfish jumping out of the water enjoying the flow of water from the pump back into the pond. An amazing experience!!

I used this company in March - they indeed thought it was ok to dump the water in our lower garden and golf course behind, pull out all the water plants, not check the pond pump filter. As a result I have pond that is greener and filthier than before after shelling out 300. Several attempts to contact them have been met by the response that reflects - we took the money to clean the pond and we did that. Why it is dirtier and filthier is not our problem.
