Quinn & Co was formed nearly twenty years ago by its two directors Jonathan Middlemiss and Martin Quinn. Both had previously worked for local estate and letting agencies and were dissatisfied with the service those agencies offered their clients, because they focused purely on profit rather than forming a long term relationship based on providing an excellent service.

With over 20 years of experience working in the property industry, Jon is very trustworthy, friendly and ensures every client receives a first class service. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoor life, football, swimming and spending time with his family. Martin has over 35 years' experience in sales and lettings.

Our sales team comprises professionals all with many years relevant experience who are able to deal with all types of property both residential and commercial. If you smell gas or are worried about gas safety, you should call the National Gas Emergency Service Freephone number on 0800 111999 at any time day or night. Freezing temperatures can cause devastation to properties if pipes freeze and burst and you are responsible to ensure this doesn't happen. Please remember to leave the heating on low, when the weather is very cold even if the property is unoccupied to prevent this from happening.
