Yesterday afternoon, I called rigby & mac to chase up an order. They said they would look into it and call me back. They called back within just 10 minutes and Dan explained that the courier had misplaced my order, but he would put another one in the post for me with complimentary Next Day Delivery Well, it's 2pm the following day I have just taken delivery of my item. Blooming' brilliant customer service! Thank you, rigby & mac!

Love this shop, bought leopard print trousers & matching t-shirt. Shop assistant was smiley and fun and ran around getting the right size for me. They also welcomed my young children. One of those shops you walk in, have a browse and come out with a cracking purchase. 👍🏼
