The team at Eric Eyre guided us sensitively through each step in the process of arranging the funeral. They fully addressed our questions, comments and requests, particularly regarding the Order of Service and newspaper entry. They kept us informed at every stage. On the day of the funeral they were organised and courteous, yet unobtrusive and mindful of COVID restrictions.
Overall, everyone involved demonstrated commitment to ensuring arrangements ran smoothly. The team showed empathy and understanding, whilst remaining efficient and professional at all times.
