I had a hot tub breakdown, so I contacted Panache. The same day, an engineer came and fixed it - he had the correct replacement part with him. Outstanding service, the hot tub is as good as new

Weve had our pool since September 2020 and its quite honestly one of the best things we've ever bought. Every aspect of the Panache service is excellent, the sales, the building and installation and the aftercare. Nothing is ever a problem and it was such a lovely surprise to get chocolates and a bottle for Christmas too. Great company.

Excellent service and a thank you to Carlene for making the ordering of our hot tub so simple and sorting out a smooth delivery. A big thank you to Pete and James who drove nearly 2 hours to deliver and install our hot tub on very wet day.

Panache pools were outstanding from the start of our project right through to the completion. When there were small hitches within the build their no fuss attitude shone through. With Jons commitment to customer service from the sales side through to the dedicated building team we always felt we were in good hands. 3 months after completion there is nothing we would have changed.

Couldn't be happier with Panache. Jon was our point of contact and he was always on hand with any WhatsApp questions.
Ended up delivering it at very short notice due to my work commitments.
2 guys turned up and were Really helpful and friendly. Couple of days later a pool technician turned up to make sure I fully understood the controls and chemical needs. I'd actually used an additive thinking I wouldn't need chlorine too. He soon put my murky water right with a shock dose of chlorine. It's now crystal clear and we'll be back in it again tonight (once the kids are in bed). The tub itself is
