Brewing ceased at the pub in 2014 as we prepared to move into our new home, the Wool House. We have issued this little statement as a recent Echo interview has caused some confusion.

We have been voted BEST PUB IN SOUTHAMPTON for the last 4 years and received BEST DESIGN IN THE SOUTH back in 2016 for what we did with an unloved and empty building. Check out the before and after photos in our photo gallery. Our restaurant was voted Best Restaurant in Southampton back in 2018 - this accolade came from Time Out Magazine.
