Refused to see me for an emergency dental appointment, but offered instead for me to attend as a private patient, paying private fees. Greedy. Needless to say I went elsewhere as a non-NHS patient who were more than happy to provide urgent relief.

I cannot recommend this dentist enough. I had the worst tooth ache I've ever had and hadn't been registered with a dentist for 10 years. I couldn't eat or sleep and the pain was unbearable I rang nearly a dozen dentists in the leicester area and none would see me. They told me they could put me on a waiting list for a few weeks or to take pictures of my teeth which waw ridiculous offering antibiotics over the phone without even seeing me. I'm not a registered patient at this practice (sadly!) but was referred here by mine for an extraction. I have a huge amount of anxiety around dentists, and the horrid teeth to prove it. My experience at Forest House was so much better than I expected! Such a calm environment, and I felt in really safe hands. Having a tooth out is never pleasant, but I genuinely feel this couldn't have been done any better. Huge relief! Fab, friendly, professional dentist and staff :)
