This place is phenomenal! My mom has been here for 14 days so far. I booked 2 c her today. The food is restaurant level . The workers are stressed but working with soul and compassion. The u so much 4 caring 4 me mom Veronica!!! U must recognise me from day 1 lol xxxxxx

The building looks nice inside and looks like a hotel but do not be fooled. Management are AWFUL. Very disappointing. They appear charming and friendly but have shown on several occasions to have very poor communication skills and little empathy. Management have also proven to not have the decency to call back when they say they will and it has been a consistent pattern. The carers at Abbey Rose work very hard and do an amazing job. Thank you. But they deserve much more respect from the management. Especially for all their hard work throughout this pandemic. You cannot have a happy team if the

I moved into Abbey Rose care home in August 2019, while I have been here i have always received 5 star treatment. Thanks to all the staff my health has improved and they have motivated me to achieve things that I never thought I would do again.,nothing is too much trouble for them.Finally when I've had visitors they have all commented on how clean and friendly the home is. I would not hesitate to recommend Abbey Rose to anyone.

My mom moved to Abbey Rose in May 2019 as her care need had changed. We could not believe our good fortune when the then care manager accepted Mom into Abbey Rose. We have not looked back since. Whilst Mom has deteriorated due to her dementia, she is treated with the greatest of respect and care by floor staff, the nursing staff are the same and always try to make time in their busy schedule for relatives. The whole team are friendly and professional, the building has a great atmosphere and I would have no hesitation in recommending Abbey Rose

Fantastic company to work for! Directors and senior management really want the best quality of care as well as the best facilities, they are present and get to know the employees and residents personally. Very supportive and thorough approach using creativity to finding solutions and manage challenges of the industry seamlessly. Working for MACC is like being a part of a big family.
