Lazy Susan was founded in 2007 by the business owner, Michael Scott, literally from his garden shed. After many years of trying, in vain, to maintain various teak and wood garden furniture sets it became clear to Michael that the longterm solution was in fact aluminium garden furniture. Maintenance-free and totally rustproof garden furniture, almost too good to be true.
No rust and no rot. Since then, thousands of metal garden furniture sets have been successfully delivered, and our metal garden furniture range has been greatly expanded. Michael's passion is to offer exceptional customer service and deliver a superior product at really great prices. After around 15 months the business success required Lazy Susan to leave the garden shed and move to a larger premise.

Our furniture is made of sand cast aluminium which is powder coated to produce a beautiful and durable finish. It won't rust or rot and can indeed be left outside, uncovered, even through the harshest of winters. Our cushions, although water resistant, should be kept covered when not in use, to ensure that they remain in excellent condition, ready when you need them, for years to come.

For every photo we receive, we donate to charities that bring people together or help to give access to food and water to the people that need it most. Michael Scott and the team at Lazy Susan have just made a donation to a new charity we've not supported before called Friends. Last week we made our second charity donation to The LifeHouse in Southsea as part of our ongoing Do Some Good initiative.
