Mechanical Engineering Services, or M.E.S., is a local company based in the Cranleigh, Surrey area, founded by Jack Bruford, and formed on an ethos of high quality servicing and repair of vehicles, at a fair price to the public.
All the vehicles we work on are collected by ourselves, worked on to a level above that of all the relevant Industry Standards, and returned to the customer's home address, with both collection and delivery free of charge!Cars have become more and more "computers on wheels".

Jack founded the company back in 2006 and started as a call out one-man-band from the back of his Land Rover. His history with Land Rovers, Brooklands College and the Military (REME) gave him all the skills he would need to promote and run a successful business. He quickly realized the potential in vehicle servicing and repair and was soon settled in his first premises.

Tom joined the team early in 2013 in order to help further our experience as a team within the workshop and also to help manage the day-to-day running of the workshop and facilities at the site. He has a vast experience within the motor trade, and his history of over 16 years with his previous Garage shows his dedication to the trade!
