Would NOT recommend. We rented a student property for the 2020-2021 academic year. Firstly, we told a TV included with the house which was not the case. Later on in the year, we had an issue with mice which when we rang we were told it was OUR problem resulting in a 360 pest control bill (we were not reimbursed), which was not our fault as an outdoor pipe had not been filled so this problem was not able to be prevented and I guess had been a recurring problem every winter. Communication between agents and tenants is very poor (for example giving us an evenings notice for a house viewing in the

I cannot recommend Fit Property highly enough. They have handled the rental of my property for many years now. I do not live locally and they have completely taken the stress away managing it from afar. Always replying to emails quickly. Any repairs they have organised have always been at a reasonable cost (Not like another agent I used previously). Rent comes in on time with a detailed break down of costs. The whole team friendly and professional. If I could give more stars I would. You won't be disappointed if you are looking for an agent to handle your property Fit every time
