To Everyone at robert minns funeral directors I want to thank all of you for everything you have done to provide your services to myself and family during ourtime of need. Everything was planned and executed perfectly. We couldn't have asked for more. the horses and carriage was incredibly beautiful and your thoughtfulness was truly appreciated. Thank you for making it easier for me so I could concentrate on other things. Simon Minns is far too jolly and insincere to be a funeral director. Sloppy, arrogant, unprofessional, overly familiar and very disrespectful. Once the money had been paid all interest in attending to our needs quickly evaporated. The funeral service itself was as good as such an event could be. I regret using this 'service'.
