We feel we have that perfect mix - some of the most experienced hands in the industry combined with a smattering of the hottest new talent around. Years of service: First time round was 4 years back in 2005 but I kept my hand in, working with Bethan and the team for every BRIT Awards since then, and now here I am, back again!
