Fantastic experience from start to finish. Superb modern showroom, lots of choice, very friendly staff and first class customer service. Nothing was an issue for their delivery team who despite a very challenging job of getting the sofas into our living room got the job done in a professional and friendly manner. By far the best quality sofa we have ever purchased. Strongly recommended company.

My wife and I are long time customers of Algram, having acquired a dining room table and chairs from Mr Graham many years ago. More recently, in 2015 we bought a living room suite, this time assisted by Darius. We have recently been through the process of chosing and ordering another living room suite, ably advised on this occasion by Phillip. Phillip deserves special mention for his handling of our sales inquiry from his indepth knowledge of the product range, his guidance on the various options, and not least, his patience in our several visits to the store together with various email conversations

Great service. Austin, the salesperson, clearly knew his products and provided professional and really helpful advice - a pleasure to deal with. Here's hoping delivery, in due course, will be just as smooth

I recommended Algram to my friend, they were treated horribly and felt belittled. I have purchased from them in the past and I will not be back again nor will I recommend Algram to anyone. I feel embarrassed that they travelled and wasted their afternoon going to Algram.
