Services
Boat Cottage sleeps 5, with two bedrooms upstairs: one twin bedroom and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom upstairs has a bath with shower, toilet and basin. An open plan ground floor consists of kitchen, living and dining areas. Wifi is available in the cottage. Bedlinen and towels are provided.
The enclosed garden to the front of the cottages has spectacular views across Ballymorran Bay. There are patio areas, garden furniture and a barbecue is available. There is plenty of space for parking cars. The tennis court in the grounds can be used by guests - tennis rackets and balls are provided.
Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday, however, variations may occur. The properties are available from 3.00 p.m. on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
