Our counsellors, psychotherapists and psychologists specialise in face-to-face work with individuals or couples, adults, or children and adolescents either in private practice or in our low-cost service.

Online and telephone counselling is a supportive and convenient way to access counselling or therapy when you need it, wherever you are. Your therapist will discuss with you about how best to support you through telephone or online counselling. They offer support for a wide range of issues, using a number of approaches to therapy.

NHS Lambeth

NHS Counselling, Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology in Lambeth provided by The Awareness Centre. The Awareness Centre is contracted by the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) and NHS England to provide counselling to patients registered at GP surgeries in Lambeth. We are currently offering all counselling sessions online and by telephone.
