Carpet Cleaning
Our carpet cleaning service uses Prochem SX2100 machines for deep steam extraction. We follow an 8-step process including fibre testing, pre-spraying, and pile realignment. Ideal for domestic and commercial clients seeking long-lasting freshness and stain removal.
Upholstery Cleaning
Upholstery cleaning targets sofas, chairs, and mattresses with Prochem-approved solutions. The process includes dye testing and post-treatment for stubborn stains. Ensures hygienic, refreshed fabrics while preserving material integrity for both homes and businesses.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Tailored for businesses, this service employs industrial air movers and high-pressure extraction. Minimises downtime with efficient drying and addresses heavy-traffic areas. Suitable for offices, halls, and commercial spaces across the North East.
Rug Cleaning
Rug cleaning combines power vacuuming and deep extraction to remove embedded dirt. We handle delicate fibres and dyes with care. Perfect for restoring antique or high-traffic rugs in domestic and commercial settings.

We had our living room/dining room carpet cleaned about 3 years ago but the tide marks had started to reappear along the front of the sofas and the doorway, also our dog loves to leave the odd muddy stain here and there! We called Clean Victoria and Paul promptly came around and explained what the work would involve, he gave us a very good quote and we booked the job in for the following week. On the day Paul arrived right on time and set about his work straight away and with little fuss. He finished up barely an hour later and the carpet now looks and smells so much better, the stains have gone

Paul is very professional and quick to reply. He cleaned a very tired sofa but it's amazing what he managed to achieve. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Excellent! We were thinking of getting a new carpet, but thought we would try a full clean first. This was definitely the right decision as they came up like new! We were so impressed that we decided to get the sofas cleaned too! Very impressed with the service and all the kit he brought! Would recommend 100%.
