Terry established Partners in 1991 and has always strived to offer the best quality service to Salon guests. She stills feels as enthusiastic about hairdressing as when she won Apprentice of the Year back in - well let's just say a long time ago. With her outgoing personality she's definitely a people person and making people feel good about themselves is why she finds hairdressing so rewarding.
