Infant Care
Our Under 2's unit provides a secure, stimulating environment for infants aged 3 months to 2 years. Two dedicated rooms feature sensory play areas, soft flooring, and age-appropriate learning resources. Qualified practitioners follow individual routines for feeding, sleeping, and development while maintaining regular parent communication through our Famly app.
Toddler Programs
Tiggers room caters to children aged 2-3 years with structured activities promoting independence and social skills. With 18 years' experience across three childcare settings, Hazel established Bourton On The Water Day Nursery in 2016. Holding a BTEC ND in Childcare and advanced management qualifications, she oversees daily operations while ensuring a nurturing environment for children.

Nursery Manager
Bev brings 25 years' childcare experience, including a decade as nursery manager. Her BA in Early Childhood Studies and Level 4 business management qualification support her role as Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Julie
Deputy Manager
As SENCo and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, Julie has worked in early years since 2007. Her Level 3 management qualification and specialist training in special educational needs support inclusive practices across the nursery.

After 2.5 years here it’s time for our daughter to go to school! She has loved every day at nursery and the team have helped her grow! They have the perfect mix of play & learning and the environment really does aid development. Thank you again for looking after our girl x

In the short time Noah has been attending, he has progressed so much! Each of the staff are amazing, I really can not praise enough. Our son started in January and absolutely loves his time at nursery. The girls who work there are wonderful and adore our boy and he always comes home happy and smiling . couldn't ask for better.our questions always answered and always happy to work with us to provide the best for our baby. I think if he had it his way he'd stay at nursery 24/7!

Hazel and the team do an incredible job of entertaining, developing and most of all caring for all the tinies entrusted to them. I could not be happier with how flexible and wonderful they've been for our whole family. The support they give to two fairly clueless new parents trying to juggle work and a now 4 month old has been invaluable. Our daughter adores her time at nursery and I know will more and more as she grows and is able to join in even more fun activities with the others.
