Driveway Cleaning

Procleandirects driveway cleaning removes moss, weeds, and stains while preserving surface integrity. Using low-pressure, chemical-based soft washing and biocides like Algoclear Pro, we ensure lasting results without damaging block paving or tarmac. Our process includes kiln-dried sand reapplication and sealing options for enhanced durability, addressing both functional and aesthetic concerns across residential and commercial properties in Basingstoke and surrounding areas.

Roof Cleaning

Our roof cleaning service targets moss, algae, and lichen growth, which can compromise structural integrity. Utilizing soft washing techniques and biocides, we disinfect surfaces down to the root, preventing rapid regrowth. Manual moss removal with specialized scrapers, followed by biocide application, ensures roofs remain lightweight, dry, and resilient against UK weather conditions, extending their lifespan and maintaining visual appeal.

Window Cleaning

Procleandirect employs a Reach and Wash Pure Water System for streak-free window and conservatory cleaning. Pure water absorbs dirt and minerals, drying to a spotless finish without chemicals. This eco-friendly method safely cleans hard-to-reach areas, including high-rise buildings, while reducing future dirt accumulation. Commercial clients benefit from minimal disruption and compliance with health and safety standards.

Gutter Clearance

Blocked gutters can lead to costly damage, including leaks and structural decay. Our high-powered machines clear debris from gutters up to four stories high without ladders, minimizing health and safety risks. This efficient, non-invasive method prevents overflow, protecting fascias, roofs, and foundations while ensuring proper water drainage for residential and commercial properties.

Steam Cleaning

Superheated steam cleaning at 150C gently eradicates algae, moss, and graffiti without harsh chemicals. Ideal for historic buildings and stone masonry, this low-pressure method preserves substrates while removing biological growth and paint residues. Its also effective for grease stains and sanitizing surfaces, combining environmental responsibility with thorough cleaning across diverse commercial and heritage sites.

Chris and his team cleaned our fully rendered house a few months ago. The render was very badly stained with algae, but after the two treatments applied by Chris, the render is looking as good as new. We are very pleased and impressed with the results. Chris is very knowledgeable and reliable and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Chris has transformed my garden which went horribly green and mouldy over the winter. He has been able to completely turn it around and all the stones/ tiles look brand new again. He is extremely professional, friendly and has extensive knowledge of biofilms, algae's and using safe products, which have produced outstanding results. I would highly recommend Chris and will definitely be asking him to come back again as well.
