Who are we? Cridland and Co are a totally independent, family-run estate agency specialising in selling and letting property across North Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds. We are well known for handling properties of architectural or special interest, however our expertise covers a wide spectrum of prices and types.

We have helped literally thousands of people to resolve these questions. There is no such thing as an unusual requirement. For most of us, buying a property is the largest financial commitment we will ever make and naturally this carries with it a degree of fear and indecision. But if you are clear about your requirements, your finances and time frames, you can purchase a property with greater confidence.
