Sports Massage
Sports Massage optimises athletic performance and prevents injuries through targeted techniques. Ideal for amateur and professional athletes, it accelerates recovery, reduces muscle soreness, and improves flexibility. Regular sessions enhance training effectiveness and maintain muscular health for individuals balancing sports with work and family commitments.
Soft Tissue Therapy
Soft Tissue Therapy addresses chronic pain from desk work, manual labour, or health conditions. Using deep tissue massage and stretching, it releases muscle tension, improves circulation, and restores mobility. Treatments include home exercises to correct postural issues and build long-term musculoskeletal resilience for active lifestyles.
Scarwork
Scarwork reduces discomfort from surgical or accidental scars using gentle techniques. By releasing adhesions and softening scar tissue, it restores natural movement patterns and alleviates pain. Effective for both recent and old scars, including post-cancer surgery and C-sections, promoting physical and emotional healing.

Susan gives very good soft tissue massages at her home studio which is private from the rest of the house, she is clearly well trained and is used to supporting both athletes and people with injures or other problems. I have been using her during and after training for the Reading half marathon and other runs.

Susan is very highly skilled. Due to my recent operation, i have 3 large scars which used to be very painful but after 4 sittings with her, one of my scars is completely painless and the other two are also on the way to healing fully. She is a great listener as well and she tended to all my needs. After my operation, i had a lot of nerve pain but after getting the massages, they are also healing. Thank you so much Susan, you've been a great help so far. Looking forward to more sessions.

Susan has helped me with the scars left after ACL replacement surgery on my right knee. The scar at the front was tight, sore and noticeably there. After one session with Susan this eased and it now feels the same as the left one. Has been hugely helpful with getting properly back into exercise without worrying and feeling the scars that are there.
