The customer service here is "ghastly and very british". Xenophobic customer service here folks, the LinkedIn account is to a poor lady who was given abuse for being American.

The manager of their google account has been sharing the personal details of a customer. This seems to be a horrible attempt at damage control after the company first failing at customer service and getting some well deserved negative reviews. I'm writing with the expectation that either the company themselves or google removes these comments (Content Policy / "dangerous & derogatory content"). Either way, would avoid. Staff has proven to be extremely unprofessional and eager to do permanent damage to their business.
