Services
Self-Catering Cottages
Our four self-catering cottages sleep 2-8 guests with private gardens and modern amenities. Each property features central heating, full kitchen facilities, and complimentary WiFi. Guests enjoy direct access to fishing lakes and woodland walks while benefiting from regular linen changes and maintenance checks ensuring consistent quality throughout their stay.
Coarse Fishing Lakes
Four well-stocked lakes within 200m of accommodations hold carp up to 20lbs alongside tench, roach, and bream. Gravel paths ensure year-round access with designated areas for beginners and experienced anglers. We enforce conservation practices including barbless hooks and catch-and-release policies to maintain fish populations and ecosystem health.
Woodland Walks
Explore 2km of gravel paths through 4-acre oak woodland and newly planted native trees. Trails feature bluebell carpets in spring, autumn foliage displays, and regular sightings of kingfishers, deer, and badgers. Walks connect fishing lakes with cottage areas while maintaining safe distances from farmland operations.
Dog-Friendly Stays
We welcome two dogs per cottage with designated walking areas around lakes and woodland. Our policies ensure guest safety through strict no-solo rules for pets and owner liability for damages. Max the farm dog provides friendly companionship while maintaining boundaries between guest accommodations and working farm areas.
EV Charging
Metered EV charging available at designated garage point with advance booking. Service operates safely separate from cottage power systems to maintain insurance compliance. Charges apply per electricity unit consumed, with clear pricing communicated before guest arrival to ensure transparency.
