Having tried in vain to find a superstar for our busy household (2 working parents and a 2 year old), I took the rather extreme decision of quitting my full time job and setting up my own cleaning company.

We're incredibly selective, and typically interview over 100 cleaners a week to make just 1 offer. 1. Background Check - We are very strict both for the protection of our clients as well as our company reputation. We only accept specific ID cards (or passports), and require proof of address and National Insurance papers.

We recommend budgeting 30-min per kitchen / bathroom / living-area / bedroom to cover a checklist similar to the below. When booking, simply tell us if you have any specific instructions and we'll be happy to accommodate. Alex was an amazing cleaner, I have had so many over the years through various agencies but she was very thorough, polite, friendly and professional.

Unfortunately, our cleaners are unable to offer such services as specialist equipment is usually required. For end-of-tenancy cleaning, we would suggest you contacting your estate agent or landlord, and using a cleaning company of their choosing to avoid any disputes regarding deposits etc. For after-building cleaning, we would recommend contacting a company who can provide specialist vacuuming equipment to make sure all dust etc is removed.
