Lithographic Print
Report
Lithographic printing, also called offset lithography, is a widely used printing technique in which the inked image on a printing plate is printed on a rubber cylinder and then transferred (i.e., offset) to paper or other material. Ink rollers transfer ink to the image areas of the plate, while a water roller applies a water-based film to the non-image areas.

At Printstore we use both aqueous (water based) and latex print technology to accommodate a range of products and applications. Latex technology allows for printing direct on to several substrates which can be used for outdoor purposes without the need for additional post printing finishes (lamination and encapsulation).

We offer a range of finishes and embelishments to ensure your printed item has the desired impact, lasting impression and making it unique. Lamination is the process of applying a thin film to the surface of a printed sheet to enhance the look, feel and longevity of an item. Duplexing is the process where two individual sheets of material are adhered together to double the thickness of an item.
