We recently sold our house via Abode enabling us to buy our next house. We just managed to get things over the line to qualify for part of the stamp duty holiday. Im not sure if this would have been possible with other agents. From start to finish they were super. The valuation, viewings and after sales work helped things go smoother and less stressful when the property market was frantic. I would recommend to my friends & family which I wouldnt do if I had any doubts. We were also very pleased with the mortgage advice & deal. Happy we went with Abode. Many thanks for your work.

I cant thank Lynsey and Amanda enough for what they did finding me and my daughter a rental property. I was having a really stressful time for a good few months trying to find a home as people where just either not getting back or just ignoring what I was asking and needing. But when I enquired about a property with the letting side at Abode I was treated amazingly very friendly, professional and explained everything what was needed. Tried to buy with this estate agents and they were , unprofessional, unhelpful , unresponsive to emails even though we had put an offer on. Had advised we were contacted but just ignored and staff were rude. Wouldn't recommend selling or buying with them to be honest,

They did sell the house eventually, however I found them very unpleasant to deal with - rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend them and I would certainly not use them again. It was actually the main office manager who was very rude somebody call mike.
