Absolutely awful company to work for. I would advise anyone looking to potentially join this company to think again. This business has more turnover in people coming and going than any company I have ever encountered. Two people running the business have no knowledge or experience in engineering and it shows with the complete lack of organisation and taking their own poor decisions out on their staff.
