Installation was faultless. The workmanship was beyond a gold star. Absolutely a job well done. The two fitters are a credit to the firm. Everywhere was spotless. No marks anywhere. We cannot thank them enough. We found Luke to be very knowledgeable and very helpful throughout our conversations with him. Good products BUT at the moment we are waiting on an additional window which seems to be taking time to produce a quote from early September and numerous phone calls since that date. I suppose the order is TOO small but we have spent s with them over the last 4years.

Very helpful without a "hard sell". Really pleased with the windows, we had both sash and casement, and the fitters were polite, efficient and friendly. The fitters cleaned up really well after themselves.
