Nice flowers, but staff not helpful and not friendly at all. I had the impression, as Emma did, that I was bothering them. Not the nicest experience when buying such a nice thing as flowers.

Unfortunately my experience was similar to Emma's and I didn't really feel that the staff were interested. After two attempts to set up a consultation re wedding flowers I gave up and went elsewhere.

We tried to order flowers for our wedding and they promised us a quote in 2 days and it took over a week. The same thing happened on trying to modify the quote. Eventually we ran out of time and had to go elsewhere.
