Over three years, we meticulously restored a Grade II listed house, an 18th-century Round House, and a historic Barn, blending rustic charm with modern elegance. Brickhouse Vineyard offers exclusive use of our historic Round House, renovated Barn, and vineyard grounds for weddings. Our venues accommodate 10-100 guests, with panoramic views of Devon's countryside. Each space combines rustic charm with modern amenities, including a vaulted roof Barn and a thatched Round House with floor-to-ceiling windows. The landscaped terrace provides an ideal setting for receptions with vineyard vistas.
Vineyard Tours
Explore our 20-acre vineyard featuring hand-harvested grapes and organic gardens. Guests enjoy guided tours through our award-winning vineyard, learning about sustainable practices and local winemaking. The tour includes access to our sister winery Sandridge Barton, with opportunities for wine tastings amidst scenic countryside views. Our vineyard has earned recognition in the South West Vineyard Association Awards.
Catering Services
Our catering team creates bespoke menus using locally sourced ingredients from Devon producers. The Barn hosts wedding breakfasts with contemporary cuisine, while the terrace offers reception drinks with signature Brickhouse Ros Spritzes. We accommodate dietary requirements and provide options for free or pay bars featuring regional beers and ciders. Our service includes table settings and staff for seamless dining experiences.

The venue provides picturesque backdrops for professional photography, including wildflower meadows, vineyard vistas, and historic architecture. Our in-house photographers capture ceremonies in the Round House and receptions in the Barn. The Mediterranean-inspired setting offers golden hour opportunities across 20 acres of landscaped grounds. We collaborate with award-winning photographers to document every special moment.
Accommodation
Exclusive hire includes access to all venue spaces for specified durations, from 3-hour elopements to full weekend celebrations. The Round House accommodates up to 70 guests for ceremonies, with evening use for dancing. Our 6-hour mid-week packages include setup and reception areas. The venue provides heating, lighting, and accessibility features across all spaces for year-round events.

Questions
What wedding packages do you offer?
We offer three packages: Weekend Weddings (70+ guests, £3,600), Micro Weddings (40 guests, £2,600), and Elopements (10 guests, £950). All include exclusive venue use and personalized service.
Can we host evening celebrations?
Yes, the Round House accommodates evening parties with space for additional guests. Weekend packages include Friday setup and Saturday celebrations, while mid-week options offer 6-hour hires for evening events.
Are registrar fees included?
Registrar fees aren't included in venue hire. Contact Devon Registration Service (0345 155 1002) directly for ceremony fees. We recommend booking registrars early for preferred dates.
Do you allow outside caterers?
We provide in-house catering using local Devon suppliers. Our menus are customizable to dietary requirements, ensuring cohesive service and quality control for your wedding breakfast and reception.
Is the venue accessible for disabled guests?
Our venue includes accessible pathways, ground-floor facilities, and designated parking. The Barn and Round House have level access, with accessible toilets available across the grounds for all guests' comfort.
Can we have fireworks or drones?
Fireworks require prior approval due to our rural setting. Drones are permitted for photography with prior consent from our team, ensuring safety and compliance with local regulations during your celebration.

We were guests at a recent birthday celebration held at the Brickhouse Vineyard. This was our first time at the Brickhouse and its fabulous, Jo and Matt were lovely hosts and the staff serving the canaps and fizz were so friendly and smiley, they made us feel very welcome and our glasses always full. We have gone away with nothing but praise and our recommendation for your venue to our friends.

We had our wedding at Brickhouse in October and it was absolutely the most perfect venue. The entire place is completely beautiful at every time of year, the barn conversion is so stylish you don't need to do very much at all to make it look lovely and the house wine was delicious. The chairs and tables are all provided and also lovely, which saves you a lot on linens! The planning process was slick from start to finish, our wedding coordinator Fibi was absolutely lovely and Joanna who owns the venue was also on hand whenever we needed her in the run up to the event. The venue itself is well thought

When we first got engaged we knew that we wanted to have a fairly small wedding (even before COVID made this the norm) and so we wanted to find a venue that would feel intimate and special but still had the wow factor. Brickhouse Vineyard was the only venue we went to visit we didnt need to see any others because we fell in love with the place and it ticked all of our boxes. Even though on the day of our visit the weather was grey and gloomy, the roundhouse and vineyard were so beautiful we knew we wanted to get married here. This was even before the renovations to the barn had been started

Our Wedding Day was just beautiful at Brickhouse Vineyard. We chose it as a venue in January 2020 and despite all that has happened it has been the most definite dream we held onto. The staff are fabulous, professional, approachable and very kind. Our day when it finally came last week was all we imagined it would be. With such a beautiful setting as a backdrop our wedding looked so wonderful and everyone commented on how beautiful it was. We would do it all again tomorrow if we could!

We first visited Brickhouse for a wine and cheese tasting event and fell in love with how beautiful it was so we decided to get married there. Joanna and the team were so so, kind and helpful throughout the whole planning process, especially during difficult COVID times and we can't thank them enough. The whole venue is absolutely stunning and the views are gorgeous, even during the rain we had on our wedding day. We opted for a mini wine and cheese tasting instead of drinks and canapes following our reception which was highly rated by our guests and we loved the fact it was a bit different and
